3D Printing Online Short Courses Offered by RadTech

RadTech and the State University of New York announce a new short course on the Basics of UV-Curable 3D Printing. Students will learn the language and concepts of UV technology and how it applies to 3D printing, with various modules providing a broad overview of the science, materials, equipment and processes used in UV-curable 3D printing.

This course can be completed in just four to six hours and can be taken at the student’s pace during a four-week period. Register today for the Jan. 11 and Feb. 1 start dates. RadTech members receive a discount.

Registration Open for Radiation Curing Classes

The State University of New York College of Environmental Science & Forestry (SUNY-ESF) now is accepting registration for the spring 2016 semester offerings of the Radiation Curing Program. These online courses, taught by recognized industry experts, offer three 500-level credits each:

  • Introduction to Polymer Coatings
  • Radiation Curing of Polymer Technologies
  • Radiation Curing Equipment, Instrumentation and Safety

The advanced courses may be taken for graduate credit or as non-credit professional development. Participants taking all three core courses for credit can apply for a Graduate Certificate in Radiation Curing from the State University of New York. All courses begin Jan. 11.

SUNY-ESF also offers each month professional development short courses that can be completed in 4-6 hours including:

  • Principles of Energy Curing Technologies
  • Basics of UV Curable 3D Printing

RadTech members receive a 10 percent discount off any Radiation Curing Program courses taken on a non-credit basis. Webinar Series – The Future of UV/EB Advanced Manufacturing: Trends, Strategies and Applications

RadTech International North America and the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) have created a free ultraviolet/electron beam curing technologies webinar series – The Future of UV/EB Advanced Manufacturing: Trends, Strategies and Applications.

Webinars typically include 60 minutes of real-time presentation and interactive facilitated discussion with participants. Those unable to attend any live webinar event still can access it online.
