3D Printing Online Short Courses Offered by RadTech
RadTech and the State University of New York announce a new short course on the Basics of UV-Curable 3D Printing. Students will learn the language and concepts of UV technology and how it applies to 3D printing, with various modules providing a broad overview of the science, materials, equipment and processes used in UV-curable 3D printing.
This course can be completed in just four to six hours and can be taken at the student’s pace during a four-week period. Register today for the Oct. 1, Nov. 2 and Dec. 1 start dates. RadTech members receive a discount.

Webinar Series – The Future of UV/EB Advanced Manufacturing: Trends, Strategies and Applications
RadTech International North America and the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) have created a free ultraviolet/electron beam curing technologies webinar series – The Future of UV/EB Advanced Manufacturing: Trends, Strategies and Applications.
Webinars typically include 60 minutes of real-time presentation and interactive facilitated discussion with participants. The next two webinars will be Continued Improvement of UV-LEDs for Curing Applications by Dr. Craig Moe of Crystal IS/Asahi Kasei and Dr. Robert Karlicek, Jr. of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute/SolidUV at noon EDT on Sept. 29; and The Cure for the Common Design: Using Specialty Effects to Enhance your Product’s Shelf Appeal by Helen Rallis at Sun Chemical Corporation at 2 p.m. EDT on Oct. 15. RadTech Europe 15
RadTech Europe 15 will take place Oct. 13-15 at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic. This biennial event promises cutting-edge presentations covering all aspects of radiation curing technology, as well as its trademark technological content, ranging from advances in photochemistry and formulations to equipment. The program includes dedicated sessions for hot topics, such as the latest regulatory developments and 3D printing innovations.

New UV LED 2015 Conference Presented by RadTech
Focusing on the advanced materials marketplace, UV LED 2015 is a new conference that will be Oct. 28-29 in Troy, New York. It will include a full day of presentations, an exhibition, a reception and a tour of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institutes Smart Lighting Engineering Research Center.
