OSHA Releases Enforcement Follow Up for HCS 2012
The US Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) organization recently released a memo regarding Enforcement Discretion Policy Guidance for the Hazard Communication Standards (HCS 2012) June 1 effective date.
This memo is a follow-up to industry requests for enforcement discretion for formulators who demonstrate they have conducted “reasonable diligence” and have made “good faith” efforts to comply with the June 1 deadline, but still need additional time to do so. Download the memo.
