RadTech Joins SGP Community as Resource Partner
RadTech International North America, Bethesda, Maryland, has become a member of the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP) community as a Resource Partner. SGP Resource Partners are sustainability subject matter experts from a diverse group of organizations, including industry trade associations, educational institutions and NGOs, all striving to provide information and resources to help create a more sustainable print industry.
“RadTech has been an ongoing supporter of SGP’s mission to promote sustainability in the printing industry,” said Doreen Monteleone, SGP board member and director of sustainability and EHS initiatives at RadTech. SGP has been an exhibitor and has participated in discussions at several RadTech events in the past, and the organization will be participating in the upcoming uv.eb WEST 2015 event as well. “During a luncheon briefing at uv.eb West, we will have an open discussion about the benefits of SGP certification and how UV/EB can help a facility on its sustainability journey,” Monteleone said. In addition, RadTech is offering complimentary registration for printers to attend uv.eb West.
SGP is a nonprofit organization that certifies printing facilities’ sustainability best practices, including and beyond regulatory compliance. SGP strives to assure a sustainability-driven supply chain to the print buying community through strategic partnerships with SGP Certified Printers and SGP Patrons.
