Wikoff Color Corporation, Fort Mill, South Carolina, has completed the acquisition of Verti Produtos Químicos, São Paulo, Brazil. The transaction closed Nov. 30, 2017.
Verti was established in 2006 when its three founders, with their experience in the packaging and graphic arts industries, decided to capitalize on their knowledge and capabilities by providing exceptional technical service and unique products.
