RadTech members have expressed interest in forming a working group on UV powder coating and therefore would like to set up a first meeting. The objective of this group is to provide a holistic view on the strengths and possibilities of UV powder coating, to create awareness and provide the right information, especially from an energy saving point of view. The group would be lead by Evan Knoblauch of Keyland Polymer Material Sciences, who has years of experience in this area.
If interested in joining the group, contact mail@radtech-europe.com prior to August 18 to express interest and join the first meeting.
Possible agenda points would be:
- How to create a stronger position/learn from view of downstream companies;
- Create strong messaging that works well to reach downstream companies;
- Figure out how to deal with (new) regulations/requirements;
- Which companies do we need in this group to have a productive conversation on what can happen next;
- Identify what strengths are in industry and what improvements there are (use knowledge and learnings from North American region for EU market, for example);
- Work out timing and deliverables of working group.
