Astorg to Acquire IGM Resins from Arsenal Capital Partners

Astorg and Arsenal Capital Partners (Arsenal), New York, New York, announced that Astorg has partnered with management and signed a definitive agreement to acquire IGM Resins, a global manufacturer and innovator of UV-curable materials, from Arsenal.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018 and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
