Labelexpo Confirms Americas Show Dates

The organizer of Labelexpo Global Series has confirmed revised dates for two of its shows in the Americas as a result of the ongoing coronavirus/COVID-19 situation.

Labelexpo Americas 2021, previously scheduled to take place from March 23-25, is moving back three months to June 8-10. The rescheduled show remains at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.

The inaugural Labelexpo Mexico, scheduled to take place from June 23-25, 2021, will take place between April 26-28, 2023, at World Trade Center, Mexico City.

In addition, the annual Label Summit Latin America will return in 2022. Further details will be confirmed.

Tasha Ventimiglia, Labelexpo’s event director for the Americas, said: “The impact of the ongoing COVID-19 situation has been far-reaching across the Americas and, given the vast amount of preparation that goes into our shows, changing the dates are not decisions we take lightly. However, the health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors and staff must, as before, remain our top priority.

“Taking into consideration our wider show portfolio, postponing Labelexpo Americas 2021 by three months to June, and moving Labelexpo Mexico back to 2023, will allow us to plan and deliver the safest, most successful events possible.”

Health and safety measures being implemented at Labelexpo Americas 2021 will include wider exhibitor floor aisles of 15 feet (compared to 10 feet) allowing for social distancing, enhanced cleaning routines, clear venue signage and revised registration areas.
