Sartomer to Feature New Materials Solutions to Advance UV/EB Curing at RadTech 2020

Experts from liquid resin supplier Sartomer, Exton, Pennsylvania, a business line of Arkema, will introduce innovative resin solutions that advance UV/EB curing performance for 3D printing, graphic arts, coatings, electronics and personal care applications at the RadTech UV+EB 2020 Technology Expo and Conference.

“This year we look forward to sharing our latest solutions that impart outstanding UV/EB curing performance properties and to discussing our sustainability-focused research and development approach,” said Len Mazzanti, president, Sartomer Americas. “In addition to introducing three new N3xtDimension® engineered resins for 3D printing, advanced resins for UV pultrusion, and responsible solutions for graphic arts and nail care, we’re excited to feature a new water-based photoinitiator emulsion and the extensive cationic range from our Lambson product line.”

N3xtDimension® liquid resins for 3D printing: Engineered resins and custom liquid systems that advance performance characteristics in UV-curable additive manufacturing applications. New engineered solutions include N3D-T1100 high-temperature resin; N3D-13100 impact-resistant resin and N3D-S1000 water-soluble resin.

Eco-friendly solutions for graphic arts: Sarbio® bio-renewable based products and DAP-free, toluene-free and metal-free solutions for inks.

Engineered solutions for UV pultrusion: Advanced resins for UV pultrusion processing of reinforced glass fibers for insulation applications in construction, transportation, energy and industrial applications.

Lambson photoinitiator and cationic advanced solutions: SpeedCure KEM, new water-based photoinitiator emulsion and digital UV/LED inks; an extensive cationic range of cycloaliphatic epoxy resins, oxetanes and photoinitiators.

Responsible liquid resins for nail care: A dedicated range of compliant advanced resins for high-performance formulations suitable for base, color and top coatings in UV/LED gel polish and builder gel applications.
