Photopolymer Week 2025 Provides Two Events in September

The Photopolymer Additive Manufacturing Alliance (PAMA) is a collaboration between the National Institutes for Standards and Technology (NIST), a US federal agency, and RadTech, a nonprofit focused on ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) technologies. PAMA is an alliance of industry, academia, government and NGO organizations with the goal of bringing commonly accepted standards and practices to the field of photopolymer additive manufacturing. To advance this goal, PAMA once again will bring Photopolymerization Week to Boulder, Colorado, with the intent of bringing together academic and industrial leaders to answer fundamental questions related to photopolymerization.

The week kicks off with the 2025 PAMA Workshop, held September 15-16. Then, Photopolymerization Fundamentals begins, running from September 16-19 and featuring short courses, technical sessions, poster sessions and vendor exhibits. Presentations will be focused on recent research and results from leaders in the photopolymerizations field, with each speaker presenting critical achievements that have resulted from their research or those that would aid them in product development. A significant amount of each speaker’s time will be allotted for audience discussion and answering questions.

A wide range of speakers from leading institutions has been confirmed. These organizations include 3M, NIST, Arkema, Purdue University, Michigan State University, Princeton University, Mercene, Rahn USA and many more. A full list can be found at www.radtech.org/pf2025-confirmed-speakers/.

Highlights of the event will include:

  • Numerous scientific presentations on a wide range of photopolymerization topics
  • An open atmosphere where interaction and technical networking are encouraged
  • Reduced rates for students to promote interaction between industrial scientists and students

Photopolymerization Week 2025 will be held in the atrium of the SEEC (Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community) building on the East Campus of the University of Colorado Boulder. For more information on programming, registration and hotels, visit www.radtech.org/photopolymerweek2025/.

Photopolymerization Week events will be held at the University of Colorado Boulder.
