The Annual General Meeting elected Dr. Franz Richter to the supervisory board of Dr. Hönle AG, Gilching, Germany.

Richter takes over the chairmanship of the supervisory board and thus succeeds Prof. Dr. Karl Hönle, who resigned from office with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting. Richter is president of the board of directors of Meyer Burger Technology AG, Thun, Switzerland and chairman of the board of trustees of the Fraunhofer Institute IZM, Berlin.

The supervisory board members said they are pleased to have gained an internationally experienced manager and proven industry expert for the supervisory board.
