Press release submitted on behalf of Keystone Industries.
Keystone Industries, Gibbstown, New Jersey, announced the promotion of longtime leader Kevin Sheran to the role of president, effective January 1, 2026. Sheran’s promotion recognizes over 23 years of service and significant contributions to Keystone’s growth, innovation and culture. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Director of Research and Development, where he led the company’s global R&D, quality and regulatory organizations.
The announcement was made by Cary Robinson, CEO and Chairman of the Board, who will continue in his current roles and work closely with both leaders.
“Kevin has been at my side through many defining moments in Keystone’s history,” said Robinson. “He is one of the most trusted leaders in our organization, and his character, loyalty and commitment to people have helped shape the culture we are proud of today.”
As part of the transition, Keystone has strategically appointed Chris MacNeill, PhD, to lead the company’s global R&D organization.
MacNeill brings extensive experience in advanced materials and applied research, having previously held senior scientific and R&D leadership roles at Sartomer/Arkema and L’Oréal. His background spans dental and medical 3D printing materials, personal care technologies and product innovation.
“Chris brings an outstanding blend of scientific depth, industry perspective, and leadership experience,” Robinson added. “His background across coatings, adhesives and beauty applications makes him an excellent fit for Keystone as we continue to expand our technology platforms and global innovation efforts.”
