RadTech International North America, Chevy Chase, Maryland, the leading non-profit dedicated to advancing ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) technologies, announced the appointment of Rebecca Lipscomb as the new co-chair of its Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Committee.  Ms. Lipscomb, who serves as the vice president of Global Regulatory Affairs at INX International Ink Co., will lead the committee alongside current Chair Michael Gould, technical key account manager at RAHN USA and immediate past president of RadTech.
