GEW Inc., with its headquarters in Crawley, United Kingdom, has announced that Chuck Irons has joined its North American division in North Royalton, Ohio, as sales manager. Irons’ 40-year career in the industry has been focused on sales and sales management in commercial, newspaper and digital printing.
He has experience in dealing with printers and OEMs all around the world, primarily in web offset print, for brands such as Contiweb and Goss International. Irons also specializes in the auxiliary side of the business, so he is well versed on the component side of a press.
Irons has been a member of the Web Offset Association for over 40 years, and he has served on the Board of Directors for the Book Manufacturers institute. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky.
