IGM, Shanghai, China, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with OSiC. This agreement will conduct a comprehensive in-depth cooperation between two companies in the coating additive business.
OSiC, founded in 2010, specializes in urethane additives, silicone emulsion, coating additives and waterborne adhesives. The business operates two production facilities, one in Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Zone and another one in Zhangjiagang Yangtze River International Chemical Park with annual production capacity of 26,000 tons. Their two technical centers serve customers in more than 30 countries.
